This is a first-floor unit, and due to a separate apartment on the second floor, there is a potential for standard overhead step noise. Quiet hours are observed between 8 PM and 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must stay below 80 decibels. Indoor smoking and the use of fireworks anywhere on the property are prohibited; a designated smoking area is outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee.
