The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, plenty of counter space and storage, cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware. Each bedroom is designed to be a place you can close the door, rest well, and reset. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a smart TV, closet storage, bedside lighting, and a private en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a washer and dryer. Guest bedroom 1 features a double-size bed, dresser and closet storage, and a smart TV. Guest bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and a smart TV. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo. Enjoy the private outdoor space with a raised wood deck with outdoor seating and dining and a grill for easy outdoor meals. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. Oakshade Retreat is located in Seminole Heights, one of Tampa’s most established and character-rich neighborhoods, known for its mature oak trees, historic homes, and local restaurants. You’re close to coffee shops, breweries, parks, and everyday conveniences, while still just a short drive from downtown Tampa, USF, hospitals, and major roadways. Most guests choose to drive, with easy access to I-275 and major surface roads. Rideshare services are readily available. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Smoking violations or the presence of a smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without refund. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Includes strong, reliable high-speed internet and comfortable spots to set up a laptop.
