This home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a tasty meal, including stainless steel appliances, basic cooking essentials, and a kitchen island with seating for three. The living room invites you to sit back and relax with its comfortable couch, coffee tables, ottoman, designer rug, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy the backyard with a fire pit, lounge chairs, private jacuzzi, furnished patio area, and outdoor swimming pool. A washer and dryer are available for your use. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Located only minutes to downtown and the Energy Corridor, you’ll find an abundance of family-friendly activities and community appreciation here. Nearby attractions include The Houston Museum of Natural Science, Minute Maid Park, and exciting neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose for great restaurants and lively bars. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The device measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
