Experience upscale city living in this tastefully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, located in a luxury elevator building in the heart of Boston’s lively Fenway neighborhood. Surrounded by top universities, the Longwood Medical Area, museums, and cultural landmarks, it’s a prime spot for both business and leisure stays. The open-concept design includes a modern kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Bamboo hardwood floors, oversized windows, and plenty of natural light add to the contemporary ambiance. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and generous closet space. Other amenities include in-unit laundry and elegant tile bathrooms. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is very difficult to find and expensive. We have a few spaces that are 1 mile from the building. If you need parking, please let us know ahead of time. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high-top chair available upon request for $10 per night. Steps to public transportation, shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife of Kenmore Square. A short stroll to Newbury Street and Back Bay. 16 Miner Street is a three-minute walk from the D Green Line D at the Fenway stop. Key access is provided via a secure lockbox located a 3-minute walk from the building. There is a $150 lost key fee.
