This unit is ready to be called home. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet due to special cleaning requirements. A tandem parking space is available on the side of the house for a small car, shared with one other tenant. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Savin Hill is a picturesque beach neighborhood within Boston, known for its attractive historic houses. It is home to Savin Hill Beach, one of three public beaches in the Dorchester Shores Reservation, designed by the renowned Olmsted Brothers landscape firm. Guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed. There is a $150 lost key fee. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, with arrival instructions sent three days before check-in.
