Situated to the Northeast of downtown, our location places you close to all the vibrant hot spots that ATX has to offer! 0.3 miles from Downtown, 0.6 miles from UT Campus, 3 miles from Rainy St. District, 3 miles from Eastside station, and 12 miles from The Domain. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Be cautious with the window blinds due to door handle placements. Max occupancy is 6 guests. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Remain mindful of noise levels during your stay, as Unit A is privately owned and unavailable for rent. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation. If you need to use the hard key, place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
