The Master Suite features a king-size bed with a TV, the Guest Suite also has a king-size bed with a TV, a guest room with two bunk beds (full on the bottom, twin on top), and a game room in a separate detached guest casita/pool house room with a queen pull-out couch. Additional couches and a cot can accommodate up to 14-15 people, with 12 being more comfortable. The backyard features an optional heated pool with a new water slide, available for a daily rate of $75 for stays of five days or more, and $100 per day for shorter stays. A monthly rate of $1250 is available for long-term guests. One dog is allowed with approval, and a non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. There is also a $400 monthly electric cap for full-month reservations, with guests liable for any overages.
