If you wish to heat the sparkling pool in the cooler winter months to 85 degrees, the price is $1150 per month. The clubhouse, restaurant, and bar are just up the road. Guests have access to the four-acre Community Park, which features tennis courts, pickle ball courts, ramadas, a tot lot, and a turfed play area for other outdoor activities. The park is conveniently located at the northwest corner of 93rd Street and Dynamite Boulevard and connected to Troon North's network of bike paths and trail easements. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.
