Glass sliding doors lead to a large outdoor covered patio with ample seating, a stainless steel BBQ, an outdoor pool table, a putting/chipping green, a "Tiki Toss" game, a hot tub, and a diving pool. You'll also find 4 chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing, along with an outdoor dining table, board games, and books. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $350 per week to heat the pool to 85 degrees. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee will be added to your booking. Centrally located, Casa De Palms is close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter, and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife, and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun offers. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is allowed. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.
