The living room seamlessly connects to the dining area, breakfast bar, and fully stocked kitchen, making it perfect for gatherings. An additional sitting area off the living room provides extra space for relaxation. The glass sliding doors lead to a large outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating, a stainless steel BBQ, outdoor pool table, putting/chipping green, "Tiki Toss" game, hot tub, and a heated diving pool. The misting system and ceiling fans help cool the patio during the summer months, creating an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway, golf trip, or family reunion. Extras such as board games and books ensure entertainment for days. A private garage accommodates two cars, with additional parking available on the two-car driveway. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional charge of $350 per week, while the outdoor heated spa is available at no extra cost. Pets are allowed with prior approval, and a non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. All linens, bath and pool towels, and a fully stocked kitchen are provided for your convenience. Situated close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter, and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club, this home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife, and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property. The diving board has been removed from the pool for safety and insurance reasons, but the pool remains deep enough for diving. Pets are allowed with prior approval, and a non-refundable pet fee applies. All linens, bath and pool towels are provided, along with a fully stocked kitchen. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, and a personal property manager is available to assist with any needs during your stay.
