The open-concept layout mirrors a 1-bedroom design without partitions, boasting ten-foot ceilings and a balcony with views of Miami's skyline. The queen bed promises restful sleep. The apartment offers a relaxing pool and hot tub, and the kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a coffee maker and various cooking necessities. The living room features a comfortable sofa and TV, merging with the open bedroom space and a dining area. Pets up to 30 lbs are welcome with a $500 non-refundable building fee. Access to a lap pool, rooftop heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a 24/7 doorman are available. The gym is open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm with reservations required. Concierge services are offered for arranging local, third-party services such as boat rentals, chef services, or massages. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay at your cost. Situated in a prime downtown Miami location, this loft is just steps from everyday conveniences and Miami's vibrant cultural scene. Bayside Marketplace is approximately 0.6 miles away, American Airlines Arena is roughly 0.7 miles, Perez Art Museum Miami is about 1.2 miles, Wynwood Walls are around 2.5 miles, Miami Beach is approximately 5.5 miles, and Miami International Airport (MIA) is roughly 7.5 miles away. Conveniently located near the metro mover and Brightline train for easy city navigation. The building permits only monthly stays, necessitating an application for finalizing reservations. Each booking undergoes a review by the building management. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early/late options available upon inquiry. There is a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required after 10:00 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Violations of the guest count policy incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
