Feel at home in this Seattle traveler's haven! This 1000 sqft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is spread across 5 stories, including the rooftop, and has no step at the entrance. This home includes a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious private rooftop with a fire pit and dining space to take in the breathtaking views of the city, South Lake Union, the Canal, and the mountains. Enjoy mini-split air conditioning, big windows with lots of natural light, high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens, a smart TV for streaming, and an on-site washer and dryer. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet per night. Located in the middle of Seattle in the Fremont neighborhood, this apartment has a high walk score and is within walking distance of many dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Take the bus right outside to head downtown and explore Fremont. The Fremont neighborhood is a bohemian neighborhood on the north bank of the canal with indie shops and hip bars. Outdoor sculptures include the Fremont Troll and the Fremont Rocket. The Fremont Sunday Market has art, antiques, and food trucks. Cyclists and walkers explore the canalside Burke-Gilman Trail. Ride-share services are highly recommended. There is ongoing construction noise coming from across the street that may cause some disturbance during your stay. This townhome joins a studio unit next door that is also being rented, but all access points are separate. This is a pet-friendly home, but pets are not allowed on furniture or linens and should not be left unattended. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pets. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and digital piracy and shoes in the home are prohibited. There is a $500 fine per violation. The home does not have dedicated parking. Parking on our side of the street is free with no time limit, and parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Includes a dedicated desk with a monitor and office chair and fast internet, ideal for remote work. The entire home is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a door code.
