Quirky outdoor sculptures include the gigantic Fremont Troll, lurking under the Aurora Bridge, and the towering Fremont Rocket. Arty residents and tech workers hang out in the area’s eclectic eateries. The Fremont Sunday Market has art, antiques and food trucks. Cyclists and walkers explore the canalside Burke-Gilman Trail. With a high walk score, many dining, shopping, and entertainment options are within walking distance. Many bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away. Ride-share services are highly recommended. Kindly note that there is ongoing construction noise coming from across the street, which may cause some disturbance during your stay. This home joins a studio unit next door that is also being rented; all access points are separate. This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly; guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. There is no dedicated parking. Parking on our side of the street is free with no time limit, and parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
