While the main street of Alki can be busy, you're located on a more peaceful and private residential street, yet still only half a block away from the beach and all the great dining and activities Alki has to offer. A pickleball court is a short walk away. Enjoy easy, no-car access to the Seattle Waterfront with a free shuttle (775) to the West Seattle Water Taxi (exact cash/ORCA card, or Transit GO Ticket app), then walk to attractions. The airport is 28 minutes away. This is a quiet community, and as this is a townhouse, it shares a wall with a neighbor's home. Please follow quiet hours out of respect for the neighbors and be considerate of noise level by the shared wall and the stairs. A $250 smoke remediation fee will be charged for evidence of smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged for breaking the "no pets" rule. The fireplace isn’t working properly at the moment. The home has radiant heating, so it takes a while for the temperature to adjust. There is no central AC. Includes a dedicated office/studio with a desk and seating that can also function as a sitting room or indoor/outdoor space. The townhome is secured by an electronic lock with a smart keypad on the front door. The garage on the property is not currently available for parking and is being used for supplies storage; the reserved parking space will be right in front of the garage door.
