Experience a charming apartment in the heart of the Upper East Side on East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue (walk-up building). Feel at home in this spacious apartment that offers comfort and convenience. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven and an electric plate. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels through the Roku streaming TV. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $350 to $450. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Immerse yourself in a shopper's paradise, as the neighborhood is home to renowned designer stores, giving you access to the latest fashion trends. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum, offering a wealth of cultural experiences and breathtaking landscapes. Convenience is key in this neighborhood, with an array of amenities just minutes from the apartment. Transportation is a breeze, with the Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station just a few steps away, ensuring easy access to the rest of the city. Additionally, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86th Street Subway Station and the M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, providing further convenience for your city explorations. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. There is no smoking, pets, or parties allowed. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
