Just a few minutes' walk from the Q line subway station on 2nd Avenue and the 4, 5, 6 subway station, this apartment is ideally situated for easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions like Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dining area with a table and chairs, cabinets, a toaster, microwave and oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and gas burners. The bathroom is complete with a sink, shower, and restroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a full-size bed in the other bedroom), a closet, heat/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows. The living room offers a convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Clean linens and towels are provided. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and cost $350 per month, increasing to $380 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. Situated in the vibrant Upper East Side of Manhattan, this apartment is surrounded by a plethora of amenities. Within walking distance, you'll find the new subway line on 2nd Avenue, the 4, 5, 6 subway station, and the M79 crosstown bus. Enjoy proximity to Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and more. A laundry store and grocery store/deli are conveniently located next to the building, with Starbucks just around the corner. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. Furniture and decor may vary from online photos as updates are made periodically. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. Smoking, pets, and parties are prohibited. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
