Feel at home in this amazing studio with 1 bathroom and a private garden, located in the heart of the Upper East Side on East 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, just steps from the Q line subway station. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, computer desk, couch that turns into a bed, flat screen LCD TV, and high-speed internet (Wi-Fi). The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, and dishes. You will find a lot of storage place. Pets are allowed upon request with a fee that varies between $250 and $350. Located in the heart of the Upper East Side on E 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, US Post Office/FedEx and UPS locations, banks, money exchange, and a barber. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 96 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease. All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, advance notice of a few hours is needed. There is a $50 late check-in fee for check-ins after 10 pm and $100 after midnight. Getting access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in, as well as a verification of employment letter and a copy of a current paycheck or confirmation of school enrollment. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival. Instructions will be provided closer to your check-in date. Please note: A $75 application fee may apply.
