Complimentary amenities such as coffee, tea, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and bath towels (2 per guest), soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided as starter packs. Pet enthusiasts rejoice, as this is a pet-friendly property with a fee of $25 per night (for stays up to 10 days) or a $250 flat rate fee (for stays exceeding 10 days) per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. Secure, convenient parking is available in the townhouse garage. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability and cleaning schedule. Downtown Tacoma is the central business and cultural district of the city, known for its historic architecture, vibrant arts scene, and stunning waterfront. The area features a mix of modern buildings and older structures, including the University of Washington Tacoma campus, museums, theaters, galleries, and a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. Getting around is a breeze with convenient transportation options. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Trash and recycling collection takes place every other Tuesday, and you will be notified through email. In the event of a missed trash or recycling pickup, a $50 fee will be applied to cover the cost of arranging an extra collection. Please leave key fobs, parking remotes, and mail keys where found at check-in, and a photo will be required at check-out for key verification. Lost key fobs, parking remotes, or mail keys will be charged at $100 each. No smoking is allowed within the apartment building, to include: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Includes fast Wi-Fi, ensuring uninterrupted productivity.
