You’ll be conveniently located just 5.2 miles from DFW Airport, 14 miles to downtown Dallas, and 9 miles from the AT&T Stadium. Running Bear Park is a 2 miles drive or 10-minute walk away, and Irving lake is just 3 miles away. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 7.5 miles away. Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum is 4 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie, and Six Flags Over Texas is 6.9 miles away. You’ll also be 5.5 miles to Irving Convention Center, as well as the Toyota Music Factory. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk. Only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 9 am.
