Pamper your traveling companions in this stunning 2800 sq ft 2-story house with a large open-concept kitchen-living area. Enjoy the big back patio with a superb free-form pool and beautiful lounging area. The pool is open and serviced all year, providing an attractive atmosphere. After enjoying some laps in the pool, indulge in snacks in the open space living area overlooking the backyard. The master bedroom offers French doors with direct access to the pool and patio. Cook an unforgettable dinner with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, which also shares the beautiful view of the patio and pool. At the end of the day, enjoy your favorite shows on Apple TV on the three large TVs. Pets are welcome with a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation and pick up any waste, particularly from the backyard. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. For family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is 7.5 miles away, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum is 4 miles away in Grand Prairie. Visit Six Flags Over Texas, 6.9 miles away, and explore the entertainment hub at The Toyota Music Factory, 5.5 miles away. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during summer and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated, and there is no hot tub. For security, two cameras are installed: one at the front door and another in front of the garage. These cameras record 24/7, with no cameras inside the house. Any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max.
