Each of the five beautifully furnished bedrooms is designed with cozy decor and comfortable bedding, providing ample space for everyone to unwind and feel at home. The three full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essential amenities. The spacious living room includes a daybed for added comfort, and the fully equipped kitchen has all necessary appliances for preparing home-cooked meals. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, perfect for both casual and formal dining. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 4 dogs per stay. The fee is $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. All dogs must be declared in advance and be house-trained and non-aggressive. A leash is required when outside, and pets are not allowed on furniture. Please bring your pet’s bedding and clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors. Parking is available with a designated carport for one car and additional street parking. This home offers a peaceful retreat in a central location, providing easy access to Orlando’s top attractions, dining, and shopping options. Whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or a family getaway, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the best of the city. Nearby attractions include Downtown Orlando, Amway Center, Camping World Stadium, Orlando International Airport, ICON Park, University of Central Florida, Disney World, Universal, and SeaWorld. Convenience is at your doorstep with quick access to groceries, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Windows do not open, so please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture, and if necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. The property is treated regularly for pests, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. This home offers a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for business travelers and digital nomads. A laptop computer is not included. Max occupancy is 8 guests, and all must be listed in the pre-arrival form. Dispose of food waste properly and keep the kitchen clean and tidy. Report damages before checkout as charges may apply. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, so please keep noise to a minimum.
