Feel at home in this spacious 4-bedroom home in a quiet duplex with a private entrance, just 20 minutes from the airport and close to dining, parks, and attractions. This comfortable unit features a full kitchen, living room, dining area, two bathrooms with towels, and laundry. The fenced patio and parking area are shared with other guests. This is a pet-friendly property. The fee is $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. All dogs must be declared in advance. Enjoy easy access to Camping World Stadium, The Mall at Millenia, Universal Orlando Resort, and the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, all within a short drive. Health Central Hospital is also conveniently located just 15 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. If left alone indoors, a crate is required for pets. Leashes are required when outside. No pets are allowed on furniture and owners are liable for damages. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees.
