Fast Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. Your furry friends are welcome with a fee of $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Limited parking is available, with space for 2 compact cars per unit. Minutes away from major attractions, dining, and entertainment, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach. Explore nearby Lake Conway, Barber Park, the Hourglass District, and Leu Gardens. Since the property has multiple independent units, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring guests, so please keep noise levels low between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance. Dogs only are allowed. A fee of $60 will be charged for dogs under 100 lbs, and $250 for stays of 1+ month for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Owners are liable for damages. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, so please keep noise to a minimum. Max occupancy: 8 guests, all listed in pre-arrival form. Dispose of food waste properly & keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
