This home features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a seamless open-concept layout, and a private backyard. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as quartz countertops and a kitchen island. The open-concept living area features a couch, coffee tables, a designer rug, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Free parking is available in the single-car garage and on the driveway. This home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Houston is known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science. Nearby attractions include The Houston Museum of Natural Science (13 min drive), Minute Maid Park (7 min drive), and exciting neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose for great restaurants, lively bars, and exciting times. Amazing shopping is available at The Galleria, Memorial City Mall, City Center, Houston Premium Outlets, and more! Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 1 car in the garage and 1 car in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed.
