The combined living and dining area is furnished with modern furniture that will exceed your expectations. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room. Experience this cozy apartment and feel at home. The apartment features a stylish interior design with carefully picked amenities and decorations. The living room includes a 55" Roku Smart TV and a sofabed. The bedrooms offer a queen-size bed with a luxury foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals, featuring an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The unit also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. Free street parking is available in front of the building, and SP+ parking garages are accessible within a 7-minute walk. Pets are welcome during your stay for an additional fee. This apartment community is located in the charming Saint Anthony West neighborhood of Minneapolis, just a block away from BF Nelson Park and Nicollet Island. Enjoy the best of urban living and outdoor recreation, with easy access to bike trails through Boom Island Park, the lighthouse, and the Stone Arch Bridge. Nearby attractions include downtown Minneapolis, the Mall of America, and the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, all within a short drive or walk. All adult guests need to pass a background check before arrival. A background check and government ID are required for check-in. If the background check fails, the building reserves the right to refuse entry. A full refund will be provided if you cancel on your end. Smoking on the property will result in a $1000 fine. Pets must be registered prior to check-in, and evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500 fine. There is a $1000 surcharge for parties, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Check-in is flexible after 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Early or late check-out is available upon request for a fee. Quiet hours are 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends. Charges apply for broken, stolen, or damaged property at the repair or replacement cost plus a 20% service fee. Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property. The bedrooms do not have windows. A Smart TV is provided, but streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests are encouraged to use their own login credentials for access during their stay and ensure to log out upon checkout. The apartment is remote work-friendly, offering a comfortable environment to work from home.
