Bush Presidential Center (5 miles), American Airlines Center (2.8 miles), Dallas/Fort Worth International (20.9 miles), Dallas Love Field Airport (8 miles), Cotton Bowl Stadium (1.2 miles), and AT&T Stadium (20 miles). This apartment is located in a city/urban setting, and there is potential for residual noise from many different areas of the building. The Dart Train Station is directly next to the building and will cause overnight turbulence, occasional horns, and noise. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee. No smoking or open flames are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. No parties or events are allowed.
