Other amenities include central A/C and heating, dedicated Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, a 4K HDTV with Roku in the living room and bedroom, basic toiletries, towels, linens, bed pillows, blankets, hangers, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available in unit. Free parking is available for one vehicle. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee if desired. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with the following applicable fees: Reservations of 1–5 Nights: $50 per pet, Reservations of 6–20 Nights: $100 per pet, Long Term Reservations of 21+ Nights: $175 per pet. The maximum pet fee for a long-term reservation (21+ Nights) will be $175 per pet per month. Located in the central area of Deep Ellum, this apartment is close to many attractions. Baylor Station DART Train is located at the back of the apartment complex. John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza & Dealy Plaza are 2 miles away, Dallas Downtown Historic District is 2 miles away, Baylor University Medical Center is 0.6 miles away, the Medical District is 4.5 miles away, George W. The DART Train Station is directly next to the building and will cause overnight turbulence, occasional horns, and noise. There is potential for residual noise from many different areas of the building. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, and no cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee. Regular monthly maintenance and pest treatments are performed, and the partner will do their best to notify you 24 hours in advance if your stay coincides with these activities. As an urban property, some city noise (trains, buses, traffic, construction, etc.) is to be expected. No smoking or open flames are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. An extra fee of $50 per person or pet, per night, will be charged for any not declared on your reservation. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 for every 30 minutes beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time. Includes a dedicated workspace and a business center.
