Welcome to Power Street Studio, where you can enjoy a cozy queen bed with a nightstand, a sleeper sofa that converts to a twin bed, and a twin daybed in the studio. The apartment provides ample storage space and a desk with a chair for remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, full-size fridge, and microwave, along with pots, pans, utensils, plateware, cups, and mugs for four guests. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and includes a hairdryer and fresh towels. Enjoy movie nights with the smart TV and dine at the table with two benches, seating up to four. A fully stocked coffee bar is also available. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to keep the space fresh, with a fee equivalent to the regular cleaning fee. Bringing pets incurs a $120 per stay per pet fee. The apartment can accommodate either one large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times when outside, and kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay and will be issued one key. Keyless access and self-check-in are available. A Ring doorbell is installed on the back entry for security purposes. The apartment is pet-friendly with a required pet fee of $120 per pet per stay, non-refundable. A maximum of two pets, including emotional support animals, is allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $200 fine and immediate eviction. No smoking is allowed, with a $200 fine for violations and immediate eviction. No parties or events are allowed, with a maximum of four guests. Violations will result in immediate eviction. Check-in is any time after 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. A $75 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11 am, with $40 per hour thereafter. Trash must be placed in the provided trash receptacle located at the back of the property. Guests may not have personal mail, items, or packages delivered to the home without express written consent of the host.
