The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and dining table with chairs. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, office desk, and reading lamps, while the private bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries. Parking is available on the premises, with instructions provided at check-in. For those traveling with pets, they are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. A $500 fee applies if pets are brought without prior notification. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, this apartment offers easy access to Tempe's renowned brewery and other famous local hotspots. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including balconies and surrounding areas, with a $500 fine for violations. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per guest. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. A $500 fee applies for late check-out without prior arrangement. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
