The upper deck features a gas grill for outdoor cooking, while the screened-in lower deck provides a perfect spot for relaxed family meals, complete with tables and chairs. Experience the comfort of memory foam mattresses in every bedroom. Even the living room’s pull-out couch features a memory foam mattress, ensuring everyone has their own sanctuary without the need to draw straws for sleeping arrangements. The property is pet-friendly with a small fee. Boat and car parking are available. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Welcome to Cabin Allswell! Our home, with a 'farmhouse cottage' feel, is located just off Beaver Lake and offers a 'nature reserve' experience. Highlights include proximity to Lost Bridge Marina, Lodge at Whitney Mountain, Downtown Rogers, Back 40 Trails, and Downtown Eureka Springs. Lake access is within a 6-minute walk, and you can enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the crystal-clear waters of Beaver Lake. Boat ramp and lake access are just 8 minutes away. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 10:00.
