During your stay, you'll experience sweeping lake and mountain views from every room, a fully furnished outdoor living space featuring a hot tub, fire pit, and gas grill, and luxurious amenities for ten guests. The giant, fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials you need to create your favorite meals, plus a Nespresso pod maker and carafe coffee maker. Relax in the living room and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. There is also a sauna with seating for 10, a working fireplace in the living room, a washer and dryer for guest use, and extra linens and towels during your stay. Two kayaks are available for guest use. An EV charging station is available. A Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware are available. With 700 feet of lake shoreline, this home offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to all that Beaver Lake has to offer. It's a 15-minute drive to Hobbs State Park, great for hiking and mountain biking. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; if an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Enter the lake at your own risk. The house uses well water, which is regularly treated though a slight sulfur odor is to be expected. County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit.
