Dogs are allowed with a maximum of three, and require a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
