This 1685 sqft cottage accommodates up to six guests and features a picturesque back patio, a front porch with beautiful tree views, a welcoming living room, dining room, and a kitchen with an island. The split floor plan includes a spacious master bedroom with a TV and en-suite bath, and two additional guest bedrooms with a fully renovated bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor dining area with lounge seating, a charcoal grill, and string lights under the shade of massive trees. Parking is available on the quaint ribbon drive or on the street. Historic Downtown Springdale is a gem in Northwest Arkansas, with ongoing revitalization projects offering new experiences. The Grove Cottage is 0.3 miles from the Razorback Greenway and 0.1 miles to Downtown-Emma Ave. Explore local shops, eateries, and attractions like the Shiloh Museum and the Arts Center of the Ozarks. The area also features parks, event centers, and the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad train depot. Conveniently located near major roads and public transport options, getting around is easy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will incur a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. The cottage is climate controlled, and windows should not be opened as they are antique. Supervised children are welcome, but the cottage is not childproofed. The cottage is designed for a maximum of six guests.
