This is a pet-friendly home with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs. Walk or ride 1.5 miles to Wilson Park or the Razorback Greenway, both of which provide convenient access to Northwest Arkansas eateries and shops. A short 5-minute drive will take you to Dickson Street or the Downtown Square, Fayetteville's hub for food, drinks, and entertainment. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
