The fully stocked kitchen features all the appliances you'll need for a perfect night in. The bright, open-concept living space includes a huge gray sectional and a 70-inch Vizio Smart TV. The bedrooms include a king-size bed, closet, dresser, and 55-inch Vizio TV in two of the bedrooms, and a queen-size bed, a built-in dresser, and two closets in the third bedroom. The large backyard includes a grill, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. A pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware are available. This home is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs. Enjoy easy access to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Walk or ride 1.5 miles to Wilson Park or the Razorback Greenway, both of which provide convenient access to NWA eateries, shops, and more. A short 5-minute drive will take you to Dickson Street or the Downtown Square, Fayetteville's hub for food, drinks, and entertainment. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
