Located near Beaver Lake, you'll find the water just a short 2-mile drive to Starkey Marina and park or 3 miles away at the gorgeous Beaver Dam Park. Enjoy the beautiful landscape from the large windows, wrap-around porch, fire pit, or upper deck with cozy outdoor seating. The open concept kitchen and living space are surrounded by windows and colorful accents. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to prepare a home-cooked meal, bake delicious treats, or cook out on the grill, and features new appliances, a coffee maker, and seating for 6 people. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. The neighboring house, Cardinal Cove, is also available. This house sits on a 0.93-acre lot with a spacious, wooded back yard and two neighboring houses. Beaver Lake is about a block away and the closest access point is Starkey Marina. This house is just 2 miles to Starkey Marina, 3 miles to The Beaver Dam, and 11 miles to Downtown Eureka which offers several restaurants and shops. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Wi-Fi is satellite and not designed to handle streaming or other high-speed-requiring options.
