A gas-powered grill and a hammock in the front yard provide additional outdoor enjoyment. Extra linens and towels are provided, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Cats are not permitted. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
