This cottage features a lofted, semi-private bedroom with a Queen-size bed, a hot tub, and a sound system throughout the home. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, a 55-inch Smart TV, satellite Wi-Fi, a landline, a variety of board games, extra linens and towels, and a washer and dryer. The open-concept living space includes a Smart TV, recliner, and a comfy sofa that doubles as a Queen-size pullout bed. Outside, you'll find two wood-fired fire pits, a gas-powered grill, and a hammock in the front yard. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Located just 1 mile from Beaver Lake, 2 miles from War Eagle Cavern, and 3.5 miles from Hobbs State Park, this cottage is great for those who desire a trip full of fishing, kayaking, hiking, and/or biking. Access to the home is via a rural dirt road. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
