The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious at 1580 sqft. This is a 4-story townhome (including the rooftop) with a staircase walkway from parking to the entrance. This townhome offers a great floor plan with bed and bath on different levels, perfect for group travel. The first floor features the main entrance, kitchen, dining, and living room with a smart TV. The kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, and a Keurig coffee and tea maker. The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. One bedroom has a dedicated desk with a monitor, ideal for remote work. The third floor is the primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fourth floor boasts a rooftop with outdoor furniture and expansive views of Lake Union and the Space Needle. Enjoy big windows with lots of natural light, high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for comfortable sleeping. Onsite washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Dedicated parking is available in the back of the complex. Eastlake is a low-key, funky area of brightly colored homes and small businesses right by the water, and of course, homes with amazing views! For locals, Eastlake is all about a fun and easy-going life along Lake Union. Eastlake is fun to walk around with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Less than a 5-minute walk to bus stops. Highly recommending ride-share services to explore other parts of Seattle! The home has dedicated parking if you are bringing a car. This townhome is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. This is not a pet-friendly home. There is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home.
