Eastlake is a low-key, funky area with brightly colored homes and small businesses right by the water, offering amazing views. It's fun to walk around, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away, and ride-share services are highly recommended for exploring other parts of Seattle. This townhome is not handicap-friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs. This is not a pet-friendly home, and unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and digital piracy and wearing shoes in the home are prohibited; each violation will incur a $500 fine.
