Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and tampering with smoke detectors will incur a $2,500 fine and immediate removal. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person and immediate removal. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in. Includes a dedicated workstation with a standing desk, perfect for remote work.
