The master bedroom includes a full-size bed, and there is a sofa bed in the office/living room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric plate, microwave, toaster, dishes, and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available, and linens and towels will be provided. An extra single bed can be provided upon request. All pets must be approved in advance, and the pet fee varies between $250 and $350. Located in the heart of the Upper East Side on E 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, a US Post Office/FedEx & UPS locations, banks, a money exchange, and a barber. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and a streaming TV box with Netflix are not included and run for $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $350 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as the furniture and decor are periodically updated and refreshed.
