The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Free parking is available in the garage, on the driveway, and on the neighborhood streets. Plano is known for its smart people and amazing quality of life. Downtown Plano, a vibrant community of urban living, performing arts, galleries, event venues, plus unique shops and restaurants, is a 9-minute drive away. AT&T Stadium is a 44-minute drive away. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
