The property is close to the Dallas North Tollway and other major roads, making travel across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area straightforward. Just a short drive away is the vibrant Legacy West lifestyle center, an open-air destination packed with restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. You’ll also find local grocery stores, coffee shops, and casual eateries in nearby neighborhoods, perfect for everyday convenience. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed on this property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device is not recording nor storing sound data and only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
