Welcome to this spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath mansion, your ultimate group getaway where you can feel at home. This home offers a roomy and bright open-plan living area, a dedicated home cinema room, a large game room, communal spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. There is also a dining table to seat the group together, plus casual bar/island seating. For entertainment, there is a large living room with ample seating, a smart-TV, and media access. The backyard features a private pool with deck chairs and lounge space, as well as outdoor seating areas. Free parking space is available. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly fee of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding six. Conveniently located near the DFW / Plano corridor, you’ll enjoy a balance of quiet residential comfort and easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, is a 40 min drive away. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace should only be used if you are familiar with how to use it properly and should not be left unattended at any time.
