The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils. The living area features comfortable couches, a designer rug, coffee tables, bold artwork, aesthetic lighting, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and high ceilings. The dining area features a dining table with seating for 8, a dedicated breakfast nook with cozy decorative pillows, place settings, dining utensils, and unique light fixtures and art decor. There is also a cinema room with iconic movie posters and comfortable seating, as well as a game room with pool and foosball. Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Free parking is available to guests. Heating the spa is free but it is controlled by a phone app, and guests will have to reach out to host to have the spa turned on. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. The fireplace is gas operated, and guests should only use it if familiar with its proper use and at their own risk.
