This home features 6 furnished bedrooms, a backyard pool oasis, and a cinema/games room for lots of indoor fun. Located on a golf club, this home provides guests with the convenience of backyard access to the golf course. This home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for all your cooking needs, including stainless steel appliances such as an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as cooking essentials and a center kitchen island. The dining area features a formal dining area with seating for 8 and a breakfast nook with seating for 4, along with place settings and dining utensils. The elegant living room is furnished with couches and sofas for plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace, and coffee tables. The cinema room has a large-screen TV, a pool table, and a kids’ space under the stairs. The backyard features an outdoor swimming pool with loungers, a furnished patio with a BBQ grill, and a fully fenced yard for your privacy. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Guests will have to reach out to host to have the spa turned on. Frisco is one of the most exciting destinations in North Texas, with a blend of big-city amenities and small-town charm. The Club at Frisco Farms is open to the public for daily golf play or tournaments [4 min drive]. Toyota Stadium, a vibrant hub for soccer fans, is home to FC Dallas (MLS), the Frisco Bowl, and the National Soccer Hall of Fame [13 min drive]. The Star (Dallas Cowboys Headquarters) offers tours, entertainment, and public eateries in the heart of Cowboys Country [10 min drive]. Stonebriar Centre, a massive shopping mall with over 220 shops, a food court with a carousel, and an indoor theme park [6 min drive]. For those interested in exploring Dallas, AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, is one of the most magnificent football stadiums in the world [40 min drive]. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If the noise levels exceed reasonable levels, alerts will be sent. The office room functions as a bedroom as well, equipped with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. Heating the spa is free but it is controlled by a phone app. Please note, there are plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
