Laundry/dryer and kitchenware and silverware are available for use. Memory foam pillows will help you achieve more comfortable sleep. Free on-site parking is available in the driveway and garage for up to 3 cars. Located in a prestigious neighborhood in Frisco, this property is close to a plethora of shopping, dining, and recreational options. Plus, the vibrant city of Dallas is just a short drive away. A strict no-party policy is enforced. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Strictly observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. No pets over 50lbs are allowed and there is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay that will be collected through the resolution center. Extra pet cleaning fees are as follows: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet.
