I have lived at the Mansions since 2022 when it was being built and I have had nothing short of the best experience! The staff (shout out to Mahalia Smith!) have all been Wonderful in every way! The ONLY reason I am moving is because life has taken a turn and I need to move North. Otherwise Mansions would have been my home for several years to come.
I have loved my time here, the friends I’ve made, the amenities, the location, the events, etc..
It’s been such a blessing to be a part of the Mansions family and who knows, maybe I’ll be back one day! 😊

Unbeatable renting experience! I lived at the Mansions of Prosper for 15 months and had a positive experience from touring to moving out. The community is so cute & charming, as well as well-kept all year round. The staff is so helpful and kind! I have a prime example of this in action; when I submitted my intention to move-out, I accidentally entered the wrong date which was later than my lease end date and John literally called me to tell me to update it if I had mistakenly chosen a later date because they did not want to over charge me if I was going to leave at the end of my lease. The maintenance team is also top-notch they complete request thoroughly and quickly I also had super kind and friendly neighbors. In addition to the great people the complex has a beautiful amenities like the pool with the cabanas and there is a walking trail inside the neighborhood. The only reason I left was because I had to start going in the office which is quite a commute for me, if it weren’t for that I would have loved to stay! I 10000% recommend this community, you don’t deal with the normal annoyances of rental living such as noise, parking, unnecessary fees, etc.
Mahalia did an amazing job getting my daughter all set up and moved in her first apartment home! She was so amazing and wonderfully patient helping us step by step to complete the process! What a great employee. Love her smile and gracious attitude.

I needed assistance renewing my lease at The Mansions of Prosper. Mahalia was AWESOME, she provided several term length options to me as well as a limited-time promotion for free rent. Thanks again Mahalia!
I’ve been a resident here since the beginning of October 2024, and I’m truly enjoying my experience. I’ve already met several friendly neighbors, both human and canine.
The property is exceptionally well-maintained, and any minor maintenance requests I’ve submitted through the Resident Portal app have been addressed within 24 hours.
Starting this new chapter in my life, I’ve taken full advantage of the beautiful walking trails at the community park and attended one of the three community events (I had scheduling conflicts for the other two).
While I’m still working on making this place feel like home, the highlight of this entire process has undoubtedly been Yannick. First off, he’s tall, dark, and handsome. He dresses impeccably and has an amazing scent. Plus, he speaks French! (I speak only “un peu français,” but I’m convinced his name means “unique” because he truly is unlike any leasing agent I’ve encountered—kind, intelligent, and someone I consider a friend.)
Yannick is the Community Consultant who welcomed my mother and me during our initial tour (was it in May or June?). He took the time to listen to my needs and showed me two options. Although I didn’t apply right away since my previous lease ended on September 30, I checked in daily about available units, and Yannick also reached out to inform me of any specials or new units that matched my criteria.
In July, I found the unit I wanted and returned to the leasing office to talk to him again. He guided me through the application process in the Business Center, and I signed the lease right away.
Since then, I’ve connected with him weekly. I had countless questions, and he never seemed bothered by them, even when he had already answered some. Every time I enter the Clubroom, I’m greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful “Bonjour!” I also discovered the complimentary Starbucks® and have enjoyed that amenity frequently.
One of my first evenings here, without time to grocery shop, I walked to the Food Truck Pavilion and ordered tacos and an elote.
As someone with self-diagnosed OCD, I really appreciate the daily valet trash service and weekly recycling—plus, Mansions even provides the recycling bags!
I’m looking forward to summer; the pool is calling my name.
I brought my own T-Mobile home internet router and haven’t had any issues with speed or service.
I love having under-cabinet lighting, an attached garage, and all the other great amenities.
I considered their sister properties, Luxe of Prosper and Mansions of McKinney, but I’m glad I chose Mansions of Prosper as my home—I haven’t regretted it for a second, all thanks to Yannick.

Listen!! I love love love my apartment here at The Mansions….and I love the staff!! And my girl, Mahalia is the BEST!! She ALWAYS reply to any missed calls, any emails and gets the maintenance guys to my apartment if not the same day the next day!! I love the grounds…no trash, no dog poop, and the back yards are amazing!! If you’re interested in a beautiful community, please come and see my girl Mahalia and tell her the chic from Memphis sent you!!!
Excellent living style with high standards plus offers an abundance of amenities. Affordable, food trucks, like being on vacation here with a top of line gym.
Truly can’t say enough good about this place. Maintenance crew responds immediately and friendly, yard care is always as scheduled.
Office staff are all top notch, a must see to understand plus affordable. McKinney but Prosper ISD home style living on steroids 🙌

So many stores very close/ short distance to 75/ toll road. Pet friendly too, tell them TAMARA SENT YOU 🤗 Mahalia is who we spoke to and showed us around! Super friendly, helpful and showed us all around. Helped us through the entire million questions we asked ❤️

Maintenance is on top of their game, we submitted a request for a gutter repair that was a tennis ball, Moises came within minutes, was very impressed with him. He even added fresh mulch Boom completed. ✔️ We decided we wanted ceiling fans added, again quick response by Santos. Submitted on Saturday and Monday came in put two in quickly and again very friendly upon arrival plus installed no mess. Not use to this type of service and everyone has just been a pleasure here! Come check it out for yourself you will definitely want to make your home!
