The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour. A $500 late check-out fee applies if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys incur a $500 fee. With several world-class golf courses nearby, you can enjoy a round of golf surrounded by breathtaking desert landscapes. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited on this property. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
