The stunning fully equipped kitchen is designed to delight any home chef, featuring black and stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and dining utensils. The dedicated dining area seats 8+ guests, providing a restaurant-like feel with decorative artwork. Free parking is available in the double car garage or on the street. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Experience why people love Plano, known for its smart people and amazing quality of life. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and small low-key gatherings are only permitted upon request and approval in advance. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances.
