Early check-in and late check-out are available for a small fee and can be requested through our portal, subject to availability. Situated in the Boston Dorchester Area, this apartment is conveniently located 1.2 miles from Shawmut Station MBTA. The apartment is subject to street noise due to its downtown Boston location, which can be very noisy at all hours. The AC units are window-based and may be a bit noisy when running, and they are unavailable between October 15th and May 5th. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building, and any attempt to throw a party will result in immediate termination. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is flexible, but please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation. A doorbell camera is installed for security purposes.
