Easy access to Downtown Ballard by bike or car makes city exploration convenient. This peaceful and safe haven offers exceptional privacy for a truly relaxing getaway. This is a pet-friendly home, but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation.
