The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability at the Presidio Landmark. This historic six-story building offers thoughtfully and sustainably renovated one- and two-bedroom apartments featuring expansive windows, elevated ceilings, and key fob entry. Residents also enjoy an amenity rich ambiance including a lounge/dining room, fitness room, and hot tub. Offered at $7,200 per month, 1801 Wedemeyer Street, Apt. #224 is a 1,000 sq. ft. modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury flat featuring hardwood floors, in -unit washer and dryer and stainless-steel appliances. The Landmark is ideally located within walking distance of the Presidio Golf Course, Mountain Lake Playground, and the vibrant restaurants and shops of the Clement Street corridor. Step outside the front portico to stroll into the Lobos Valley Overlook and take in stunning sunset views over Baker Beach. The Open House is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 11:00am-12:00pm. Our open house is subject to building capacity. Please check in with the concierge upon arrival. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately after the Open House in accordance with our priority system. Please be prepared to place the deposit on August 1, 2026, and take possession by Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Additional Information: Holding deposit: $7,200 Non-refundable application fee is $64 per adult applicant Parking permit for an additional vehicle is $175-325 per month We welcome two pets per household with a $500 deposit and $75 monthly pet rent per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am – 4:00pm. We are closed on Sunday. *Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a possession date on or before August 11, 2026.
