This modern luxury tri-level townhome has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,700 square feet of living space with in -unit washer and dryer, stainless-steel appliances, a single car attached garage and a covered rooftop terrace. The starting bid for this home is $15,500*. The Belles is ideally located within walking distance of the Presidio Golf Course, Mountain Lake Playground, and the vibrant restaurants and shops of the Clement Street corridor. Step outside to stroll into the Lobos Valley Overlook and take in stunning sunset views over Baker Beach. Additional Information: Holding deposit: $15,500 Non-refundable application fee is $64 per adult applicant Parking permit for an additional vehicle is $175-325 per month We welcome two pets per household with a $500 deposit and $75 monthly pet rent per pet.
