Property Id: 2275255 Cambrian, San Jose, is nestled close to the Santa Cruz mountains between the Los Gatos, Campbell and Willow Glen communities. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, schools, churches, fitness centers, parks, open space, public access waterways, biking and hiking trails. It is also conveniently located near Hwy 85, Hwy 17 and Hwy 87. It consistently ranks amongst the top safest neighborhoods in San Jose. The neighborhood is quiet with primarily owner-occupied homes with lots of families and children. There are many festivals and activities, including plenty of bars and nightlife activities, just a 10-15 drive away. The studio is located at the back of a private owner-occupied single-family residence. It is completely independent from the main part of the house with access through the newly built side-yard gate. It gets a lot of sunlight from the east and south throughout most of the day and becomes shaded in the later part of the day. While it is small (apprx 280 sqft) it is well designed with attention to details, comfort and efficiency throughout. The studio includes a semi-private patio deck for exclusive use by the tenant. The deck and back windows overlook the homes spacious and shared backyard. The shared washer and dryer and the waste and recycling area are nearby. There are two shared walls between the front of the house and back studio which have been carefully “sound proofed” to provide a quieter and more private coexistence. Independent access from the street through the side yard and back yard path. Motion-activated lights are installed to ensure safe lighting to and from the studio during dark hours. Independent patio deck with small patio table, chairs and umbrella included. This area is very sunny during summer months and nicely protected from the wind during the cooler months. Tenant is welcome to add patio furniture, potted plants, outdoor decorations, lights, BBQ, etc. (within reason). Bike storage okay.
