This is european style bathroom with it all! Porcelanosa shower enclosure with hand-held shower head, Porcelanosa floating cabinet, backlit LED mirror with a defogging mode, Porcelanosa toilet, RH train rail with loads of towels, Dyson quiet hair dryer and loads of amenities. This PRIVATE gated backyard has a special fun spot with Veuve Clicquot cornhole! or Create you own selfie / ZOOM spot under the huge clock above the sofa. There is a full size BBQ with (2) canisters of propane (the second is a backup) and outdoor dining ware. The garage is perfect if you need the extra space or want your car in a garage. We have conveniently provided a rack with storage tubs for your personal use. There is a limited number of pieces for yoga... mats, balls, dumbell, blocks. ALL utilities are FREE /included: gas, water, electricity, garbage, gardening! The cap is $500.00 in total.
