Two bedrooms plus an office/den, two bath home in Sequim in Sun Meadows, a neighborhood on the East side of town. Large living room with vaulted ceiling. Kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave. Two car garage with electric opener and storage shelves. There are washer/dryer hookups in the laundry room (bring your own units). Back yard is fenced and has a nice patio and grass area. Water and sewer are included in rent. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, and TV/internet. Yard care is the tenant's responsibility. Please be sure you have your own equipment and time to mow and weed the yard, or be prepared to pay a landscaper to take care of it for you. One cat or dog is possible on a case by case basis with additional deposit and $50/month in pet rent. First and last month's rent, security deposit, and $350 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping, tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
